What should you expect when working with a Realtor®?
Do you have recourse if you feel that the Realtor® is not doing the best possible job? How long does it take to get a report on how the marketing activity of your property is progressing? What if your house doesn’t sell in a reasonable amount of time or for the price you were asking? If you want to speak to your Realtor® how long will it be before your call is returned?

The Carpenter Real Estate Group has strong opinions about Real Estate service. We believe that the best possible service means making a commitment to our clients and we don’t make that commitment casually, we put it in writing.

For this reason that’s why we developed The Carpenter Real Estate Group Five Star Guarantee Program. It spells out the level of service you can expect in measureable terms and also declares what actions we will take if that level of service isn’t met.

1. The Easy Exit

We promise to provide you with excellent service in the marketing of your property. If you feel that we are not providing you proper service in the marketing your property you may terminate the Listing Agreement with 24 hours written notice. This release will be unconditional and without future obligation.

2. The Progress Report

We are committed to keeping you completely informed and aware of the activity that occurs on your property. If for any reason we are unable to provide you with a progress report within 24 hours of your request, this guarantee entitles you to $50.00 per report deduction on completion.

3. The Sale Time
